hiogi closed the third financing round with its three investors HP Ventures, Media Ventures and A-Z Beteiligungen in order to invest further in sales and development of the following newly launched B2B products:

A) Customer Involvement Platform
hiogi offers an innovative crowd-sourcing solution with mobile questioning channels that work as a valuable add-on for FAQ areas or existing CRM solutions. Customer Involvement Platforms are often realized with a common forum solution. However companies like telcos, OEMs or the travel industry e.g. need a Q&A solution that also supports mobile formats and devices plus a quality assurance of the content.
